That will only work if you are already running 3.0.5.4 or later. Earlier versions didn't use custom post types so in order to upgrade you need to install 3.0.5.4 first which runs a migration...

IMO the easiest way to do it is to download the latest ClassiPress Version from your AppThemes acct to your desktop. Login to your Wordpress site and upload the theme to your site from your desktop....

You can just start fresh as the ads you have is still manageable enough.
