That should probably remove the links you mentioned above.

That doesn't have any effect, only the base URL can be changed... "ads", "ad-category" but they're static.

You should bulk rename the images before uploading then. This is a WordPress limitation.

With the new version 4. the search box is occupying quite big space unlike the older version.
The Featured Listings shows 3 items while the new one is only showing 1.
i would prefer the old...
