You can enable embeds within ClassiPress - Settings - Advanced so users can simply paste links such as youtube, vimeo inside the ad description... which will return the video when loaded due to WP's...

The display name of that widget is "ClassiPress - Single Listing Description" you should find it in the available widgets section. You can drag it to the "Single listing main content" zone.

Widgets are hard coded, can't be deleted unless you delete the files or disable plugins which inserted them in the first place.
