I have only tested my latest Classipress 4.2.7 install with WP 6.1.1 and I have yet to encounter a critical issue.

However, you can test the update first using a clone test site of your install...

Try disabling all the plugins temporarily to see if it makes a difference as it could be due to plugin conflict. Also, check the single ads page widgets if they are intact.
