Hello Pixel,

You can use the "bulk" function. Mark all pending ads, chosse from "bulk actions" the 'edit' and then select "publish"

That's it.

Edit: ridabenharrou was faster :)

go to admin->ads page select ads check box and select edit in dropdown and apply
you have bulk edit select stat aproved click update

go to your phpmyadmin your bdd-> table (prefix_ cp_ad_fields) searche cp_city and click edit

in field_type put drop-down and click save

go back to wp-admin > classipress > Custom...

You will not need a guide. The procedure is the same as in ClassiPress. Just upload your own logo from your admin dashboard. That's it!
