$99 vs $159

Hi,
I noticed with the $99 version I don't get the Photoshop file which I will need for developers to modify my site, but the $159 is not upgradable. Please Explain!

All that i understand is $159 package will get upgrade without any charge soon, and $99 package will also get upgrade but maybe with some charge..

If you go to the "features" and scroll towards the bottom and look at "Upgradeable" it has a check mark for the $99 version but has "n/a" for the $159 version I'm not sure exactly what that means and I was wondering did it have anything to do with the Photoshop feature?

The upgrade you are asking about would be from the $99 Standard Edition to the $159 Developer Edition. If you purchase the Standard Edition now, you can purchase an upgrade to the Dev Edition later.
This is entirely separate from software updates such as from 3.1.5 to 3.1.6. Those are included with both editions.
