% of Sellers Add Price

It seems this question has been asked a few times over the years... I am wondering if anyone has successfully set up a Classipress site that only charges the % of Sellers Add Price when the users item sells. So if the item doesn't sell there is no charge/fee.

Put simply can I charge 10% of the sellers add price when it sells?? Not before..

If this is still not a feature of Classipress can you suggest any affiliates that could make this possible?
