Are *All* the style sheets included?

I am ready to buy. A last moment pre-sale thought, that is very important to me. Considering my needs with an existing website, I would be going in for a rather elaborate front-end customization. I want to make sure if *ALL* style sheets would be available with the purchase, and there is nothing that is held back.

I'm assuming you've had a bad deal in the past but yes, with CP all the necessary style sheets are provided.
