[CLASSIPRESS] adding payment button to each ad listing

    Hi,

How difficult or easy is it to add a payment button onto each ad listing?

I would like the buyer to be able to pay the seller (ad lister) upfront on the website, and in the meantime, our website holds the money for the buyer, and later sends it to the seller.

    Eagerly awaiting your reply!!
    Thanks!

How "easy" this would be is ultimately relative to your coding knowledge as it would require modification of the default theme on your part. The theme itself is not designed to accept payments for listings so you'd have to build the entire functionality into the theme. Thanks.

Presumably you are aware that adding a "buy now" button would still require additional customization of the theme in order to not only add it to the listing, but to link it to the ad/items for purchase. In terms of which license to purchase you can do this on either the standard or developer licensed theme. Thanks.

The Photoshop .psd files are useful for web designers who may be looking to change the layout of the theme. They contain all the color and size information needed to make layout changes and ultimately will save time collecting this data. You can still customize the theme without these files, but generally the ones who know what to do with them will find them worthwhile. You always have the option to upgrade from standard to developer at a later time if you find you do need the files. Thanks.
