[ClassiPress] Refine Results works selectively?

I'm tinkering with "Refine Results" feature of the ClassiPress demo.

I'm testing the refine results feature. For some categories (Musical Instruments, for one), when I test refining the search by typing in the exact zip code for one of the listings, it listing shows up. Great!

For other categories (Music, for example), in typing in the exact zip code for one of the listings, it does not return any results.

I'm not making any adjustments to any of the other fields in the "refine results" box.

What's happening?

Just so that I can try replicating the exact issue, are you able to please advise which post code you are entering in? I just tried with one from the same category and it worked fine, so would like to check further with the specific one not working for you. Thanks :)
