I have been looking for a theme like this for a while!
This is an amazing theme.

Just one questions:
1. Are all registered users freelancers?
or
2. Do people Join/Social-Login, then add more details to become a freelancer/post a project

1. Users can register as freelancers, employers or you can allow combined login types.
2. Once the user is registered as one of the above, they can post accordingly. Thanks.
