[QUALITY CONTROL] 4 pre-purchase queries
Hi. I'm interested in buying the Quality Control theme. However, I want to use the theme not for issue-tracking as such, but as a way to display and manage tasks that need doing (i.e. as a task management system). In order for me to assess whether the theme can be used for this purpose, I have some queries:
1) Is there an easy way to change the word "tickets" to "tasks" throughout (well, on the front-end, anyway) while also avoiding the hassles of manual updates?
2) On the demo front-end, there is a "Create ticket" button. I would only want this button visible to the staff from my organisation. I can't tell from the demo website... is the button visible to visitors who aren't logged in and/or low-level users such as Subscribers? If so, can it be hidden/removed?
3) There is currently no way to assign a deadline to tickets. Is there any way to do this? The "Milestones" field is free-form but selecting a milestone in the "Add Ticket" page is via a drop-down menu which would get messy very quickly. Would it be possible to create a custom field for a deadline that would also display on the frontend?
4) Finally, do you have any plans to implement email notifications so that users can 'watch' tickets (that is, 'subscribe' to, say, individual tickets or tickets from a particular category)?
