[VANTAGE] Change button title

I am interested in purchasing Vantage, however I have some questions:

-I would like to reman the "add a business" yellow-button to "Add a listing" (or something else). Is it possible to rename this button?
-Is it possible to create a new form of listing (say ice-cream store instead of resteraunt) which does not have a review tab while the restaraunt one does?

You could certainly make the change to the button with some minor code changes, and you could also remove the review tab for some listings, but again this would require customization of the default theme as these are not settings/features configurable in the Vantage admin. Thanks.

-who can I talk to and how much would it cost to change these two things?

-Are there any dedicated Appthemes custom programmers here that can help me do this or must I source out a third-party programmer?
