1 Page Business Listing Form

Hi looking to purchase Vantage.

My question, i want the business sign up form to be all on 1 page, so create login/password, add business description, add photo's, choose category etc.. and payment select option all on 1 page.
I will look at hiring a developer to make these changes.
Is this possible if i was to hire a developer to make these changes for me.
