3 user groups

Hi, we want to build a job database for 3 user groups:

1. Jobseekers: own login, they can put their CV on line, no charge
2. Employers: paid advertising of jobs
3. Recruiters with a number of jobseekers on file: access through login, they can 'shield' their own jobseekers, recruiters pay a fee per month

Are these features standard in Jobroller, or do we need to customize?

JobRoller has 2 user types by default, Job Seekers and Employers, so yes adding the third would require customization on your part if you were looking to add that also. JobRoller is not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications if you wish. Thanks.
