I'm not sure if you are referring to both of these products, but I'll clarify just in case,
Directory is a child theme for Vantage, meaning that you need an instance of
Vantage installed in order to use the child theme - these are separate purchases. The Vantage theme does not include content, business listings can be added individually or you can use the .csv importing tool to import bulk listings based on information you obtain yourself. Thanks.
