    About sidebar and refine search

    Before I buy this wp theme,I want to know if I have additional costs for the following, do I need a programmer:

    - I want that sidebar with widgets to always be on the left
    - I want to "refine search" always be on all pages on the left and to perform search for ALL CATEGORIES!
    - I want to featured layout and images ads be larger at the start page

    Can I make this with the assistance or need to pay?
    I'm not a programmer and I need to know.
