hi, is it possible for me to change the 'submit a job' feature with something else?

i want the job seekers to be the one that pay to contact the company they're interested with. is it possible without additional coding work?

also, will it be possible for me to change the 'submit a job' feature with something entirely different such as 'pay to advertise'?

please let me know ASAP. thanks:)

Anything is possible except getting people looking for a job to pay anything! :D

As antknight has said it is possible but may require custom coding.
