There is currently no built in function in the Vantage admin settings which allows you to set up a compulsory form of this type, so it would involve some code modification at this time. You could potentially add the text to the last listing steps page which would indicate that proceeding with the process is deemed as approval/acceptance, or if you actually need them to check a box, this could involve more coding.

custom form builder would allow you to create such a field yes, however the information would appear in the listing itself. Thanks.
