Access to this user forum

Hello,
I work with a programmer who has offered to settle ClassiPress for one of my projects ...
I have access to this user forum to help me if needed ? if so how can I get the login? I have to ask my programmer?

Only customers who purchase themes from us can access and use the support forums during their subscription period (although note, we do not officially support customizations), so if you personally have not purchased a license from us, then you would not be able to log into the forums. Thanks.
