Yes there are some sites in the AppThemes customer showcase where the theme has been adapted for rentals. There is an option built into the theme for featured listings, but not top of category, so this would require customization on your part or you could look at available ClassiPress child themes in the AppThemes marketplace, some of which include this feature.
