Presumably you are referring to the
Vantage theme? If not, please feel free to clarify this.
In terms of Vantage though, the icon you see for the "Add to favorites" function does not come in other available options which can be selected from the admin panel. You could however create a new icon for this if you wish to do so with some minor modifications.
