Adding a "Job Attribute" & Associated Image

Wondering if there is a way through custom fields or something, to add an "attribute" to the job posting that would display on the listings page, and/or be able to be clicked as a filter or browse jobs by this field in addition to other filters or by themselves. Would like the ability to have an icon or button associated, perhaps appearing near the job type button or as another filter one could click to open up.

For instance, experience level as an example: Entry-Level 0-1 years experience, 2-5 years experience, Supervisor, Manager, Executive, etc. So someone could filter on "Full-Time" and then further filter on "Supervisor" or whatever the job attribute might be. Thank you in advance.

There is no default admin option for that but I think it is possible since there are no encrypted codes in Jobroller and so you can modify it according to your requirements.

but i was reading in another thread that you dont offer customization then how to make these modifications? by hiring the developers ourselves?
