Adding a listing

Hi, I'm building a site for a client who wants a pet boarding listings site here in the UK.

One of his requirements is to ensure that all new listings contain specific sections about the boarding facilities, such as size of kennel, length of run, heating arrangements, etc.

I guess I'm looking for a structured form-based data entry facility.

He's shown me one site that uses such a form to create the listing. That ensures that everyone enters the required information, giving a professional set of listings.

I made the mistake of buying an expensive theme from elsewhere before I was aware of this requirement and I'm stuck with a theme I now can't use and can't return.

As you don't offer a trial version of your theme - which is not cheap by any means - I have to buy on blind trust. Can you confirm that the "custom fields" feature in your add a listing section will let me do this?

Yes, the custom form builder in Vantage will definitely allow you to create the form with the information you need as described. You can have a look at the specific part of the Vantage admin dashboard for this here, and as you can see, not only can you create text fields, but you can add checkboxes, radio buttons, and dropdown lists as well. It's a fully functioning demo, so although you can add the fields and see for yourself how you build a form, it will not save (but trust me, it works ;)). Thanks.
