May do what I want - but please comment on following

1/ I want to add articles/posts - primarily as SEO fodder - can articles be added to existing or new categories/pages without messing up the script - if so how?

2/ Can auto reminders be sent to those whose adds are or will be reaching expiry?

Maybe i asked that in a confusing way.
Need an immediate answer - several projects involved.

Basically I want to run a classified ad directory alongside other content.

Can I only do this by putting a classipress site in a separate folder - just to handle the classified function?

or can I create other categories/posts/pages which display normally on the classipress blog?

The best way would be to install a separate instance of wordpress in a folder or in a subdomain.

Currently classipress is only designed for listing classified ads and not articles. I recommend installing it in a subdirectory and then you'd have your primary site using wordpress for articles...and CP for ads.
