    Additional pre-sale questions

    Hi,

I'm interested in purchasing the theme and I have been doing some searches in your forum to learn more about it.

There are some key issues that seem to be a problem according to certain posts. However, there is no way for someone who is not yet a customer to see the replies to those posts, hence there is no way for forum visitors like me to find out if that particular matter has been addressed/resolved. I find the fact that one can have access to these answers only AFTER becoming a customer extremely "peculiar".

So here are a couple of questions to start:

1- I have seen some concerns about the resizing picture function. Does the theme actually automatically resize the pictures that are uploaded by posters? If so, does that work also without uploading also the original size picture?

2- Do customers automatically receive an invoice after they paid for an ad?

    More to come...

    Thanks

Restricting the forums to verified AppThemes customers only allows us to provide support to those who have legitimately purchased our themes.

    1. Images are handled by the default WordPress media library function, so the original image is uploaded. There are plans for an overhaul of the image upload functionality in a future release.

    2. No, there is no built in invoicing function.

    :)

True, but should not apply to those posts addressing unresolved problems/unavailable features, everyone should be made aware of them. It would probably also save your team A LOT of pre-sale questions. Just my opinion, and thanks for your reply

    Moving on:

Is the theme optimized for mobile devices?

    Thanks

When it comes to customization of the theme, does Classipress provide a list of files that should not be modified to prevent problems with future updates?

    Thanks

That is not an AppThemes website, and as mentioned on our FAQ page:

AppThemes does not have resellers or distributors of our themes, so the best best is to purchase here from our official website. If you read this reply soon enough, you may also wish to check out our current promotion: http://www.appthemes.com/blog/yarrrr...-one-day-sale/

No, but we provide patch releases, which means you can see exactly which files have been updates between versions. It's still ultimately up to you to keep track of any changes you may make.
