We are still working out the pricing model but there will be a new option to purchase a "club membership" which has a one-time up-front fee and then a small reoccurring monthly fee. The club membership (basic or developer) will give you access to all current and upcoming themes as long as you are a member.
There will of course still be an option to purchase each theme separately but the club membership will be a better value.
