Always necessary to have new user create account before posting job?

Really liking the look and features of jobroller and am currently assessing it to use for my job site - It looks great except for one thing which may mean I won't be able to use it. It relates to step 1 of the job posting process. A new user has to enter username/email then go and retrieve their email and enter a long random password. It's a bit of a brick-wall in terms of a simple flow for a new user, and will put many people off. Can it be modified to have the job details entered first, then they create an account or login if a returning user?

    Many thanks,

    Al.

Although the demo isn't showing this, the current version of the theme (v1.3) does actually allow the customer to select their own password on registration, and they can proceed to immediately post their job.

I believe we are making it optional to allow this setting, or for an email to be sent for verification first in a future release.

For the moment though, this is actually how it appears:
