Does Jobroller require the applicant to Log-in first before he could apply to the job ads and send his resume (to avoid spammers reaching the employers)

If not, could this setting be set in the admin area?

There is no option to prevent un registered visitors from applying at the moment.Developers might include this feature in future versions.

should i decide to purchase your product...do you have a team who could customize above for me with a fee....to require the applicant to log in first before he could apply, and have a user email verification for all users (both jobseekers and job providers)

I believe it must be an option at the admin panel to allow or not visitors to apply.
