Does this template send emails out automatically to job seekers with jobs that match up with their keywords, resume or requirements in the way other Job Boards do?
No feature on that yet with the current version but it is already requested for at the Ideas Exchange page AppThemes Ideas Exchange for possible implementation on the succeeding version releases.
