Automation of Job Posts

When an employer creates a job post on JobRoller, is the post automatically published, or is it verified by an administrator?

This can be determined by what you set in the admin dashboard, so if you wish for all listings to be moderated before they are published then yes you can do so. If you'd rather allow posts to be published immediately then you can also do this. Thanks.

How does the moderation work?

Can the site be programmed to send an email to the administrator when a post is made? Can a text alert be created?


How easy is it for the moderator to approve the post? Can it be done via an emailed or texted reply?

The theme is already set up to automatically send an email notification to the admin regarding new listings, a separate text option is not included so that would require customization on your part if you were looking to add something like this. The email notifying of a listing will include a link to approve it, so they still have to go back to the wp-admin to do so. Thanks.
