    I have few questions,

    I would like to know is it possible to customize job listing app in my local native language " KANNADA" or "HINDI".

    Can I host my website on godaddy.com.....?

    Yes this can be done by translating the theme to your language and here's a guide on that http://www.appthemes.com/blog/how-to...rdpress-theme/. Please take note that the Classipress is a Wordpress theme.
