1. so the payment will be $99 for Classipress theme and $29/year for renewal fee, correct?

2. Do you support Japanese?

3. We want to approve listings before publishing. Do you have that function?

1. Yes that is correct.

2. Our themes can be used in any language, and in some cases there are existing translation files also. You can read more about this here.

3. You can set for ads to be moderated before they are published, although for paid ads, once the transaction is completed, the ad will be posted automatically. Thanks.
