On your to-do list regarding this jobroller theme, I think you should include a bidding system as well i.e. job seekers submit bids for a job and the employer can choose the most applicable application/bid. Is this a feature that will be incorporated any time soon? If not, is there any plugin or application that you may recommend that can do this? Thanks again.
