A bit confused about how CLIPPER theme works

Can you clarify what exactly is required for Clipper theme to operate smoothly?

I need the CLIPPER theme, LinkShare and CJ Publisher add-on (assuming i sign up for both programs), and what else? If I do not sign up with ForMeToCoupon or iCodes, then is there any other way to get automatic feeds? Or i would have to manually create and input the coupons if I only got the CLIPPER theme and only those 2 addons?

With Clipper only you will have to manually create your coupons.If you use any of the feed plugins you will get automatically coupons from the networks.
