Just a couple of questions.

I would like to have some pages on my website that do not feature the directory search fields in the header. Is this possible or should I say, is there a template within the theme that I can select which will allow me to have either the blog page or a general page which does NOT feature the directory header?

Next question I have is regarding the directory header itself. In the demo you feature a directory search field in the header which had fields that users type into. Instead I would like to feature two drop downs. One for country & area e.g. Australia, Victoria, and another for "type of business e.g. Painter & Decorator. The user simply selects country and area from one drop down and then selects business type in the other drop down and then hits the "Search" button to bring up say all painters and decorators in Victoria, Australia. Can this be done easily or can I select to feature drop downs of my categories instead of expecting my user to just put in search terms?

The existing pre-made Vantage child themes available in the AppThemes Marketplace all have the search bar visible, so it would require customization of the default theme on your part (we'd recommend you create your own child theme) if you were looking to remove this from the homepage.

As above, changes to the existing default layout would require customization as there are no specific options in the Vantage admin dashboard which will alter the theme as you describe. Thanks.
