Bought theme but no download...

Hi, I recently purchased Vantage Standard edition around 10PM (GMT +7), September 26th. The payment went through and after I logged on through the secure log in it says "You have no active purchases. Click the Purchase Items link in the sidebar to purchase a theme." and it doesn't give me a place to download my theme I just paid for...

Furthermore I clicked on Support Forum which opened up a new window (which I am in now), but I had to log in again in the top right corner. I tried my account I just registered 3 times and it won't let me log in!

Now I am here in the pre-sales forum very confused about what is going on. Please help. Thanks

Please note, if you have purchased using PayPal eCheck, these transactions can take 5-7 days to clear before the purchase is complete. If you have paid by credit card or actual funds via PayPal or Google Wallet then the transaction should generally be completed straight away. We are happy to have a look into what has happened in this instance if you could please email us with details of the purchase, i.e. name of account holder, email address used for the purchase, and a transaction ID (with clarification of which payment gateway was used). Anyways, I will wait 5-7 days for it to go through...as for the forums, could you look into why I cannot login to the forums using my main account? Thanks.

If by main account, you mean the one in the name "wumada" which you used when making your purchase, please note that this will not be a verified account (i.e. allow you access to the support forums) until the transaction is completed. If you have another account on which you have a completed purchase, please let me know the username and I can check. Thanks :)

Haha well I guess it pays off! A major trait that encouraged me to support this site is its' reliable and honest customer service.

I was thinking, is it possible to cancel my previous payment via eCheck, and re-pay using credit card for immediate service? I used the promo 50% off code to pay for it with my first transaction, and I would really like to have Vantage sooner/immediately than wait. Time is of the essence!

And I assume that you will need more info for this, so just let me know where/who/what to email and I will do so. Hope this is possible...

Yes we can most certainly do that if you prefer to make a credit card payment for immediate access to the theme. If you could please email me the details of the purchase (name, email address used, transaction ID if you have it), so I can be sure I'm cancelling the right payment, that would be great. Thanks :)
