browse users/stores easily on classipress

Hi, I want classifieds users to be able to have their own store as part of a store directory in a combined classifieds/online store website?
I know that there is a user page that shows all live posts but this isn't sufficient...
I am planning on buying the developer suite, so if there is a way that I could combine features from other templates that would be good as well...

Are the desired Features possible:
1. - a store directory including featured stores so that not only categories display on the front page but also the store directory
2. - store picture/logo displayed,
3. - easy payment options for their buyers so that they don't need to get a separate commerce website including info about delivery/postage
4. - stores in directory searchable by what market/CBD they belong to

I basically want it so that stores don't have to always list each individual item (like a normal classifieds site) but still keep it open to the general public to post normal classifieds...

Also, I want to be able to give users a /name on request the way facebook does it
e.g. facebook.com/awesomename

Do you have any advice on how to set this up?
