    Buddypress + Classipress possible?

Just curious if anyone has successfully set up a Classipress site using Buddypress to take advantage of the extended user profiles and private messaging? Is this possible Thanks.

Perhaps possible but might require some serious custom coding because Buddypress requires its theme to be on a special directory under the Buddypress plugin folder.

I have not tested it though.

I have been working on adapting ClassiPress for use with BuddyPress. It's not as simple as with other themes. I'm down to just a few CSS issues (CSS is not my strong point), but I'm sure it can be done. I think the two will make for a very powerfull combination.
I'll let everyone know if and when I get it all sorted...

That is very encouraging to hear! Indeed, the two would be very well suited for each other. Best of luck finishing it off! ;)

I'm also looking to do this.

Perhaps you can tell us how you got to this stage so far?

This site appears to have BuddyPress configured, but I am a newbie and could certainly be wrong.

I've managed to install buddypress with classipress. But there seems to have some problems. The post classified form not working properly. Also there is alot of CSS needs to be done. You can check it out here : http://malaysiads.com
