Vantage includes an importing tool, however in order to add categories you would need to have dummy listings to complete the .csv file, and the limitation is that it does not include subcategories. It has been mentioned in the forums that
this plugin can successfully import bulk categories for a customer who tried it. AppThemes does not officially support third party plugins so we cannot guarantee all of these are compatible with our themes, so in this instance it's based on community feedback only that we hear it works. Thanks.
