    can add paid and free listings ? cant charge different prices per category?

    can add paid and free listings ? cant charge different prices per category?

    also if free and paid are available, for those users that pay, what do they get ? sticky post, feutured post ?

    Yes you can create both free and paid ad packages if you wish or you can set it up as price per category. Featured listings are a separate cost determined by you and don't form part of the actual ad package so that's up to you to determine. You can view pricing options on the ClassiPress admin demo here.
