Can I change the categories on the front page?

I plan on using Classipress but the categories on the front page menu are not the ones that would fit with our bussiness.
Can I manually change,delete or add categories to the list? Not just change the topics under each category but the "headings" such as"cars".
ie: dont want to clutter site w items/services we dont feature. But would like to add others that are not on right now(as far as I can see on the demo)

All categories are created by you (they are not all there by default) , so yes you can choose any that are relevant to your site and add/remove/edit as you need to. Thanks.
