Can Classipress be modified to use the header & custom nav menu from my main site?

I have a site that I am considering using Classipress on. I will have to create another install of Wordpress because I can't take over the main site with the Classipress theme. But I want it to flow and look like the main site using the same header with my 728x90 ad placement and the custom navigation menu that is directly under the header. The main sites theme is Thesis and I use the Openhook plugin to place the html code for that custom nav menu.

Is this possible? The site is located at www.offroadaction.ca

You could certainly restyle the ClassiPress theme to match that of your homepage theme as there is no encryption which would prevent you from making the necessary layout changes. We don't officially support third party plugins, so cannot guarantee that the plugin itself will definitely be compatible with the theme though. We recommend the use of a child theme so that you don't lose all of your modifications in the process of an update.
