Can I　establish a website like Kijiji or Craigslist with classipress?

That means that user can select different city or put the city name in the URL, the web site can get the relevant information in the specific city. Example http://toronto.mywebsite.com

It is possible by installing Classipress in subdomain for each city then have the main page which have the list of all the city that links to each install.

I'm also intersted to this! Can you be so kind to explain better jomarkosabel? If I've 100 ciites I've to install Classipress in 100 subdomains. It is not possible to have category "City" in the root website?

In terms of the original question, as Jomark has mentioned, you could potentially create a similar result by way of a WordPress Multisite installation, but the default theme does not have a function which will give you a separate setup for each location such as what you see in Craigslist.
