Can the following modifications be done?

First of all, sorry for this long post.
I want to make a social website with classified ads and directories. I was originally going to use Joomla+Jomsocial etc but it was such a hassle to find the right tools to make the ad boards and the directory that I've decided to try to make my project with
WP+Buddypress and mod themes such as this one maybe. I have questions for which I couldn't find answers on the features list.
1. On my future job board, my "categories" will in fact be regions and subregions. Is it possible to display the number of ads in these category/subcategory tabs, so that users don't select a category and discover it has no ads? (I mean, can a programmer easily implement that?)
2. Is it possible to add fields to the post form? Even if they don't display in the article, but as additional information for future use? (For example, I need ad posters to enter their phone number, but I don't want it to appear in the article)
3. Is it possible to restrict the detail view to registered users only?
4. Is it possible to implement a javascript accordion-style navigation, so that the ads collapse when a registered user clicks on a title to reveal the details?
5. If, on the same domain, I have a theme for the front page, another for buddypress, plus one or 2 instances of Classipress, will the login be integrated throughout the whole site?
6. Will it be possible to display the latest ads on the front page?
7. Do ads display for the poster before it is moderated?
8. Can users access and re-post their expired ads (or drafts)? (job ads have a lot of text, so its good if users can avoid having to retype the entire ad)
I hope you'll have the time to answer these questions as it would really help me make a decision.
