Can I get these modification?

I need classifpress to do several things. The first is most important.

1. I need the city and state(location) to be in the title and in the url.
Original http://wpclassipress.com/demo/ferrari-f430/
What I need is http://wpclassipress.com/demo/ferrari-f430-london-uk/ This is needed because people search like this "used ferrai london uk".

2. Is there any way to scrape craiglists ads? I am currently using x-zero classified script and you can use a mod to scrape ads with the pictures and all.

Last question what happens if two people post the same ad http://wpclassipress.com/demo/ferrari-f430/?

:?: I am really ready to buy. Is there a token that I can place in the title tags? Does anyone know if this is possible? I use x-zero classified and the locations are in the url and the meta title....is this possible for classipress. I know the overall seo is better with classipress.

The title of the ad it is the one that sets the url and the meta title.
In other words, if you enter the ad title as: ferrari for sale in london, UK
Then your URL will be: www.sitename.cpm/ferrari-for-sale-in-london-uk
And you meta title: ferrari for sale in london, UK

If someone enters the same ad title, wordpress automatically sets a number to the end of the URL, however the meta title stays the same.
Example:
www.sitename.cpm/ferrari-for-sale-in-london-uk-2
ferrari for sale in london, UK
