Can just anyone submit a coupon on Clipper?

OK, I admit I didn't look too hard for an answer but can anyone who wants to anonymously submit a coupon on Clipper? Even if you require registration people probably will make up some phony name. If that's the case I can see a lot of potential for abuse.

I'm wondering if there is some mechanism to prevent this. If they had to pay they would need to use their PayPal account and that would make it easy to track them down. Is it possible to issue a password for certain people?

You see, my idea was to use Vantage for a business directory and as a bonus give those customers access to Clipper.

In your Clipper admin you have the options "Moderate New Coupons", which means coupons don't publish until they are approved, as well as "Require Registration", which of course means you can allow or disallow non-registered users to submit coupons if you wish.

The registration process also has the built in reCaptcha field as do our other themes.
