Can people sign up for email notifications about new ads?

Before I buy this I just need to know if a user to sign up to receive email notifications when a new ad is posted (ie: everytime a new truck is posted for sale they get an email or a chair?) Can they choose points of interest so that they don't receive an email about every ad?

Customers can subscribe to the RSS feed for specific categories from within the category page.. So for example, if you look at the ClassiPress demo you can see an RSS icon to the right of "Listings for auto" which is what they would use for that specific category. The RSS icon at the very top right-hand side is for all feeds.
