Can someone explain what the MU Multi-User does?
I'm looking at the different classipress versions and there's not much information about what the MU version.

What exactly will the Multi-User version do for me?

Can I make sub-domains of my site and have other users managing them? and will those ads also appear on my main site?

Has anyone used the MU feature yet?

Here's the link of the official Wordpress MU site http://mu.wordpress.org/ .

But I guess, we just need to wait a bit since wordpress will upgraded soon that combines the functionality of wordpress MU.

There could be other added features and so let's just wait and see.

beta version of wp (3) has them integrated & yes different users can manage different sub-domain sites so for example
minime.mesite.com admin manages and has 1 theme
yourtiny.mesite.com someuser manages and has another theme
