Can "submit a resume" button be placed on sidebar, equivalent to "submit a job"?

Can a "submit a resume" button/box be placed under "submit a job"? I played with the admin demo and could not see this feature. As it stands, it is not apparent to the job searcher that he or she can submit a resume. Thanks!

The demo site is logged in as an employer, but if you are logged in as a job seeker you will instead see a "My Dashboard" link instead of the submit job button. The description underneath it indicates that this is where you submit your resume.

What about to the non-registered user, a user that comes across the site for the first time? Can there be a "Submit a Resume" button/box just like the "Submit a Job" box?

Only the job seeker registration sees the dashboard button instead of the job submission button, guests and employers will see "Submit a Job". If you wanted to show a resume button this would require some modification of the default theme on your part as there is no setting for this in the JobRoller admin. Thanks.
